In the book of Jeremiah in the Bible, God showed Jeremiah a vision of a boiling pot tilted away from the north. This symbolized the Babylonian army coming from the north to attack Judah. The boiling pot represented the wrath of God boiling over in judgment against Judah because of their sin and disobedience.
Through this vision, God warned the people of Judah of the impending invasion and called on them to repent and turn back to Him. However, they did not listen, and the Babylonians eventually conquered Jerusalem and took the people into exile.
Thus, the vision of the boiling pot represented God's judgment on Judah for their sin and disobedience, as well as His call for them to repent and turn back to Him.
